El participante, utilizando ayuda audiovisual (PPT, video, etc.) será capaz de identificar y
describir el impacto de como los residuos textiles producen una crisis ambiental en la
actualidad, utilizando un vocabulario apropiado al nivel de aprendizaje requerido en su

The impact of poor nutrition in the brain

The relationship between nutrition and brain


function is very important, since eating poorly can
cause aging and alterations in learning processes.

The brain is a very versatile organ due to its ability


to respond to situations.

In order to improve, we have essential foods for the


brain: citrus fruits, eggs and legumes, since they
provide us with the necessary vitamins to obtain the
construction of new cells.

Thanks to this good diet, we can take care of all aspects of our body, guaranteeing adequate
function of all its components.
Thus, obtaining a healthy and strengthened brain for the brain nutrition process.
