NARRATIVE REPORT

Limit of Face-to-Face Transaction at School

From the start of COVID-19 Pandemic, Binaliuan National High School strengthened

communication and information dissemination via Facebook Page to give our stakeholders access to

all the school’s programs and implementations. This page is maintained by the School Information

Coordinator. From this page, everyone can send a message and if they have some queries of any

kind. In this way, learners, parents and other stakeholders will be given guidance and information of

any concern.

If stakeholders wanted to visit to school, they can give a chat message by this page or

any teacher so that their schedule can be arranged. This is to prevent crowding of visitors coming in

to school at a specific date and time. School goers like, can now be catered timely and appropriately

because their schedule is arranged ahead of time prior to their visit.

Furthermore, to give everyone idea and updates on the school’s progress and activities,

these are posted on the web page. This is at the same time encouraging stakeholders to have an active

participation of the school’s undertakings and activities.

In this time of virtual and cyber development and the advent of technology, it is very

necessary that establishments like our school should strengthen its information and communication

platform to give stakeholders access to the school despite being in a Distance Education set-up.

This type of information dissemination platform is made easy because most of the

people today can have this easy access to internet. However, for those stakeholders who cannot have

this accessibility the school can still cater walk in visitors provided they should not flock at a time.

To ensure that every stakeholder’s needs are addressed, teachers also can be given

message for any purpose of needs of everyone. This is one way of improving coordination and

partnership among our learners, parents and other stakeholders to make education happen despite

this pandemic.
