Design your Validation Board
Group Activity #2 – Validation Board
Create a validation board for each customer segment using the guidelines below:

(1) Take time to hold brainstorming sessions with the group you formed in the
previous group activity to develop your ideas about the needs of each identified
customer from your business model canvas.
(2) Fill in all of the components on the Validation Board's provided template.
(3) Provide a printed copy of your final Validation Board for submission. (Please
include the names of the group members).
(4) Craft a PowerPoint presentation of your Validation Board. (Presentation will be
done during the class meetings).
(5) This group activity will be graded based on the rubrics set (Max of 30 points).

Group Activity #3 – Interview/Pre-sell or Pitch/Concierge
Ideate a maximum of 5-minute presentation of your product or service using the
following guidelines:

(1) Take time to hold brainstorming sessions with the group you formed from the
previous group activity to build your ideas for presenting your product/service
through interviewing, pre-selling/pitching, or concierge.
(2) Your presentation must describe your product/service and should be able to
persuade your audience to buy or subscribe to it.
(3) This group activity will be graded based on the rubrics set (Max of 30 points).
