Greetings!
The Term End examinations are around the corner, and we hope your ward has commenced
preparations for the same. Students are allowed to leave at 11:30 am on the exam days.
Kindly note that the students of Grades VI and VII will be dispersed from gate number 5 and
students of Grade VIII will be dispersed from gate number 4.
To ensure smooth dispersal, you are requested to pick your ward at the stipulated time from the
respective gates. Requesting all adults who come to pick the children to be mindful about the
same, so that decorum is maintained. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the buses
will be plying at the usual timings.
If you consent to your ward leaving at the above-mentioned time on the exam days, kindly fill
in the consent form given below and ensure that it is submitted to your ward's class teacher
latest by February 19, 2024. No student will be allowed to leave without the consent form duly
signed by you.
Please note that Classes VI- VIII will have prep leave on February 26 and 27, 2024.
Thus, all students must empty their class lockers by February 23, 2024.
The Session-End circular has been uploaded on the school website on February 2, 2024 with all
details. Circulars regarding the Summer Camp as well as the PA/VA form for the next academic
session will be uploaded on the GC. Kindly be vigilant.
