    CLASSES V to VIII,IX & XI 22 Feb 2024

    Subject: Change in the Arrival & Departure Timings During the Annual
    Examination

    Dear Parents,
    This is to inform you that there is a slight change in the arrival & departure timings
    with effect from Thursday 22 Feb 2024 for the students.

    Timings:
    Arrival: 7:40 am Departure: 11:05 am
    NOTE : On Friday 23 Feb 2024, the students of classes V-IX will depart from
    school at 9:15 am after their IT Annual Examination.

    The school buses will ply according to these timings. Kindly coordinate with the route
    incharge teachers and adjust your pick-up timings.
    Thank you for your cooperation and support.

    Note: A reminder to all the students to arrive on time for their examinations.
    Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the examination hall, and this may
    result in valuable writing time being lost.

    Parents, we kindly request your assistance in ensuring that your children leave
    home early on examination days, especially during the annual examination
    period, it was observed that some students arrived late, which unfortunately
    affected their examination schedule.

    Your cooperation in emphasizing the importance of punctuality is greatly


    appreciated and will contribute to the smooth conduct of the examination
    process.
