Delivery Updates

Click & Collect: Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched from our
warehouse on the same day. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Once
your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email to advise you that
your order is on it's way to your selected store and the store team will contact you to arrange
collection. Delivery to store will be within 2 working days from time of dispatch from our
warehouse.

Returns Policy

Book Covering
Please note: we will not pre-cover text books where covering would create an inconvenience for
you. For example, pre-sealed packs containing a book and workbook sold as one unit, and books
with a CD/DVD attached to the cover - in these cases, we will provide the covers for all suitable
books but they will not be applied. This is to allow for "change of mind" returns in accordance
with our returns policy.
