renovation and after due evaluution af LESSEE'I account, a new Contract of Lease may be issued by SM Supermarket to
LESSEE.

That this Contract will be deemed renewecl at the end aJ'the lease term under the same terms and conditions unless EITHER
PARTY makes known to the OTHER, in writing, its intention not to renew the same within sixlt (60) days prior to the expiration
of the lease term. LESSEE undertakes to obserye the sixly (60) days periotl, othetwise, the secarity deposit shall be forfeited for
failure to comply with this provision.
All other terms and conditions contained in the original Contract of Lease dated September 10, 2021 and notarized byAtty. Reiniern
S. Quiambao, under Doc. No. 133, Page No. 27, Book No, 61, Series of 202i, which are not contradictory or inconsistent with the
above shall remain valid and binding, otherwise, they are deemed amended and,/or superseded. This may be immediately terminated
for breach ofthe original Contract at the time ofrenewal, even ifthe same is discovered after signing hereof.
