1. PARTIES

SOCIETY (TASNEEF) -SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C., with its registered office at P.O. Box 111155, Abu Dhabi,
United Arab Emirates, registered at the Chamber of Commerce of Abu Dhabi hereafter “TASNEEF”.

The parties agreed to establish Scope, Remuneration package, Invoicing & terms of payment for the services offered by
Tasneef as detailed below:

2. Special Notes: Any tax or VAT Imposed by local or national Authorities would be charged Extra.

3. General Notes:

The (Client) shall:

1. -Comply with the requirements of the applicable Classification Rules/Guidance and National or International standard
adopted by the TASNEEF
- TASNEEF Surveyors and Employees and Technician with the necessary assistance during their activities.
2. The undersigned declares to have received, attached to the present contract reference no (Annex 4), the “General
conditions”.
3. The required services/activities will be invoiced according to the term payment plan highlighted above. The client
affirms that any amount which is pending will cause of suspension of activity or jobs.

4. When a quotation is signed:

- The amount may be revised if activities will last longer than the expected duration.
- If activity will not advance for a period longer than 90 days for reasons not depending on TASNEEF, TASNEEF has a right
revise the quote.
- Travel time will be Calculate if the activity carried out with distance above 100 km and every hour on wards will be charged
400 AED
- All expenses are NOT included and will be charged by Client the invoices will be issued separately from this contract
- If the service is not commenced after the signature within three (3) months or the CLIENT did not collaborate in
completing the jobs/activity without any justification, TASNEEF will notify the CLIENT and have the right to terminate
the contract.

TASNEEF total maximum liability arising out of or in relation to this contract to the extent permitted by law, shall be
limited to an amount of the fee charged for that Particular services, provided that the maximum compensation shall
never exceed three hundred thousand (300,000) United Arab Emirates Dirhams.
