    The Medical Clinic would like to inform you that the result of your Annual Medical/Physical Exam are
    now available on our clinic, please be advised to come to our clinic for your result and to explain
    your current health status.

    With the increasing number of COVID cases in the Philippines the Safety and Health would like to
    have work arrangements to all employees that have comorbidities, this is to protect you from
    exposure to COVID -19 and acquiring the disease.

    Attached herewith are the lists of employees who have results.
