We realised the need to unpack our biased and work for more objective evaluation.

We engaged in a real world approach and encouraged open dialogue which gave us a chance

to listen to different voices. These changes equipped us with a rich perspective on how to

investigate the growing background of social media technology.

Planning

The challenges we faced during the presentation made us develop a new course plan

to help us tackle the issues and develop a better understanding of the topic. After realizing

our misguided approach, we made a concerted effort to adopt a dimensional framework. As

we move forward, it is crucial that our research encompasses the multidimensional nature of

social media and technology, and comprehends their implications in the remote work setting.

It is imperative that we broaden our perspectives and incorporate real-life experiences to

avoid oversimplifying our findings. Our experience also enlightened us about the dangers of

unconscious biases in influencing communication and research. Hence, it is essential for us to

identify and acknowledge our own biases and approach the topic from various angles.

Seeking feedback from a diverse group of individuals was also crucial in challenging and

enhancing our understanding. Furthermore, we recognized the importance of refining our

research methods by acknowledging limitations and expanding our approaches to gather

information from academic sources and real-world encounters. This involved conducting

interviews with remote workers and examining real-life case studies. Moreover, we

recognized the significance of engaging in participatory research methodologies that give a

voice to those directly impacted by social media and technology.

In order to enhance our understanding, it is imperative that future research prioritizes

fostering an open dialogue. This will involve active listening, engaging in debates, and

collaborating with various parties (Adeani et al., 2020). It is crucial to create a space where
information can be exchanged freely from diverse perspectives. As technology and human

interaction continue to evolve, it is essential that future research remains committed to

continuous learning and adaptation. This will involve staying abreast of current research,

engaging in ongoing discussions with experts, and being open to new ideas. By focusing on

continuous learning, we can improve our understanding and evaluation of the subject matter,

making it relevant and valuable in an ever-changing digital world. These measures will aid in

improving our future work and addressing any weaknesses encountered during our

presentation. Our approach will involve exploring the broad scope of social media technology

and remote work from multiple angles. This dynamic plan will allow us to streamline our

understanding of the topic and equip us with the necessary tools and awareness to think

critically.

Conclusion

Our discussion on the influence of social media on remote work environments provided an

opportunity to gather diverse perspectives from our audience. However, we faced challenges

in responding to their questions, exposing our lack of preparedness and ineffective methods

of exploring the topic. This forced us to confront our biases, reevaluate our assumptions, and

create a space for learning and transformation. I came to understand that the relationship

between technology and human interaction is complex and requires a multifaceted approach.

Despite our confidence in our research, we encountered thought-provoking questions that

sparked curiosity. This highlighted the importance of incorporating diverse voices and using

challenges as opportunities for deeper exploration. These realizations ignited a passion for

continuous learning and a commitment to personal growth.Furthermore, I recognized that our

presentation was one-sided and lacked collaboration and open dialogue. I realized the value

of exchanging ideas from different perspectives in order to gain a more comprehensive

understanding. Promoting open dialogue became a crucial component of our research and
communication. The limitations of our findings also made me realize the importance of

adaptability and incorporating real-world experiences in our approach. I believe that this

experience was not a failure, but rather an opportunity for growth and self-reflection. It

allowed us to confront the realities of our research and inspired us to make necessary

improvements.
