The offers here on the variety of stuffs are very attractive to draw the customers
towards the stores.

2 What do you want different in our stores?

Product varieties present to be increased. For example varieties of chyavanprash.
CSA’s to be more informative and knowledgeable.
Queues at the bill counters could be avoided by having more trained employees
and also good technical instruments.

3 What influences your shopping behavior?

Availability of time, Getting everything under the one roof and above all a great
shopping experience.

And what brings you to more.?

Getting everything under the one roof and also getting the offers on the variety of
products.

4 As a customer, would you want to come back to more. for your purchase? Why/
Why not?
1. Yes Because of the various offers available here. But various technical
faults are there in the store which at times can irritate a customer when it
comes to billing part, so it should be taken care off. Also, attention could be
payed on the dusting(hygine) part of the racks. The cleanliness level is good

 but still improvement is needed.

5 If you were to recommend more. store to your friends what would you say?
Yes you can go for it definitely but by making sure you have no time constraint
because there is a possibility of long queues on the weekends when it comes to
billing part.
