service resolve?

✘ Selling clothes is providing one of the basic


human needs (food, clothing, shelter). In
countries suffering from poverty, access to
cheap clothing is a great good to the population.
It allows resources to be spend on food, housing
and other necessities.

What niche will it address?

✘ In fashion, a niche market is a small subset of the


market of a specific group of people with a specific
taste, price point, and quality preferences. In general,
it's an environment where people want a particular
set of clothing and there are not many providers. Our
Clothing business will focus on trendy t-shirts.

Everyone is the target customers of this clothing business.


For everyone is in need of clothes and it was one of our basic
needs.

We believed that selling


online was not enough to
earn money. Therefore we
would like to invest more
and open a physical store or
atleast small space to sell our
products.

The sized of the market to be


served is maybe just here local.

As we have said to the previous questions, we


should not stay alone on online selling because not
everyone are fun in using technologies especially the
oldies. So we would like to open a store where both
online and physical store can sell of all of our items
and earn more money.

Different popular existing clothing brands are our
huge competitors. To maintain competetive
advantage of the business, we make sure to
merchandise or rebrand quality clothes but cheaper
in price than our market rivals.
