Personal Achievement: Getting “Cast Leader” at my workplace.

Description:

Getting Cast Leader was a big achievement for me because I worked extremely hard and passionately
for the position. It took me 4 long months to work up for the position, putting myself out there and
standing out to get chosen for the role.

Personal Relevancy:

Ever since I started at my job, I knew I wanted to be in the leadership team. I have always wanted to
develop and change people to be a better person, I finally succeeded and am now happy in the role that
I am in.

Skill Development:

This position has developed my whole understanding of people and life itself. It has helped me see the
good, and the bad. It is a wide range of capabilities that I understand as a development process.

Self-Awareness:

I have learned that I belong in a leadership position, it has taught me that directing
+ teaching people makes me happy.

Future Connections:

This can help me in my future as it will be a great asset to add to my resume. I can add many details
talking about the demanding work that I have contributed to my job.

Academic Achievement

Academic Achievement: Taking new and interesting classes

Description:

In my first few years in high school, I took classes that I thought were “easy” or “not a lot of homework,”
but because of that, there was not any relevancy to my career or university. Now, I am taking relevant
classes that relate to my future aspirations.

Personal Relevancy:

My personal relevancy to taking interesting classes is how well it is going to shape me as a person. It will
help me get into diverse universities that will help me grow academically and personally.

Skill Development:

These classes have changed the way that I have thought about everything. It has helped me to study and
develop my skills for university.

Self-Awareness
I have learnt that getting out of your comfort zone is way better and more efficient than staying in the
same classes that you have done since you were in kindergarten.

Future Connections:

With all the classes that I am taking, I can move myself further into the future with a higher success rate
than if I did not take these classes.
