Affirmative form: subject + verb +

Negative form: subject + do/does not +
main verb + complement
Interrogative form: Do/Does + subject +

EXAMPLES:
I usually run in the morning.

The sun is hot.
The train leaves at 5 p.m. (FUTURE)
I don't eat fish.
Do you speak english?
