The Higantes Festival is a secular celebration initiated by the municipality
of Angono to express gratitude to it is patrons and clement in which the parade of giant is held on Sunday before the town fest of November 23.
Based on Angono folklore the higante was
used as symbol of agrarian protest during the waning years of the Spanish colonization when Angono was hashing the large track of life.

It is quite fascinating to see how creative and dedicated filipinos are.
