Eye Care Tips

Keep your eyes and face

(Wash it with normal water –

not hot nor too cold)


Blink under water if possible (this relieves strain from your

Splash water on face and eyes for freshness

Protect your eyes with sunglasses or shades
Regular Eye Exercises to keep them fit
