children with clothes, food and education.

and disciplines within the family -> set a good
example for their children -> help develop into
an independent person
- Children always seek help and advice from
their parents when they make important
decisions. Parents should be as supportive as

Tolerance
- When children make mistakes that are
difficult to detect, parents should be tolerant
with them. Each generation will approach
difficulties differently; as parents, in addition
to caring for their children, they should gently
advise and put themselves in their children's
shoes to understand and assist them.
Sympathy
- Parents should be open-minded and friendly ,so
children can feel eager to share some
confidential problems with them.
- Parents should sympathize with the difficulty
and stress that their children may deal with
during their school time
- willing to listen and communicate with their
children without judgements -> provide a
positive environment for them to learn, reflect
and grow
Patience
- Parents should be patient to listen to their
children’s issues and their explanation when
they are said to be a wrongdoer.
- As a parent, you should be patient with your
children.
- Be patient when your child learns slowly
- Be patient when your child can't do something
well
- Patiently teach children what they don't know
- Don't rush to yell at your child when he's just
a learning child.
- Parents' patience will help children feel less
pressured at home

- As a parent,should learn to understand the
psychology of your children.
- Do not impose your thoughts on your children,
but understand what they think at their age.
- Understanding their children helps parents and
children become closer, children also feel more
loved when parents understand them.
- When your children make mistakes, find out
why they are doing that, don't rush to hit and
yell at them.
- Psychological parents will know how to teach
their children the best way.

- Having a gossip/have a frequent get-together
with your friends may cheer you up whenever
you are in a bad mood and gloomy about life.

- Optimistic attitude helps people manage illness
and eases depression.

too much might produce anxiety or insecurity
if you don't achieve them. Instead, you might
concentrate on whether or not you are better

- Planning how much time to spend on specific
activities enables individuals to complete more
in a shorter period of time and also lowers
stress effectively.

commonplace and some woman just want to
have a kid not a husband.

home all day. How does this affect her and her
family?
- The mothers do not have much time to spend
their children’s childhood with their children.
- In working-mother families, there are
mother-child barriers. Children and their
mothers are not close-knit.
- A negative impact on her family. She could not
take care of her children. Without parents,
they may feel a bit lonely and may seek
enjoyment by engaging in unhealthy activities
for a long period of time such as watching TV
or playing computer games.
- Lack of parental supervision, some children will
easily spoil and decline in school.

family?
Negative effects:
- Lack of mother figure can cause a barrier
between mother and kids
- Sometimes unexpected illnesses of
children may cause working moms some
difficulties in handling.
- Children may have less access to
healthful foods because their mother is
so busy that she does not have enough
time to make meals for the entire family.
Consuming too much junk food, as a
result, can lead to childhood obesity.
Positive effect
- The employment status of mothers helps
families through increasing family income,
encouraging more disciplined work
behavior among children, and enhancing
the structure of family routines → share
the housework, for example.

home all day. How does this affect her
and her family?
Being a working mother can have an impact on the entire
family. In terms of finances, the working mom can earn a
higher salary to cover her family's living expenses.However,
this accelerating trend may result in less time spent bonding
with family members. This situation leaves the mother with
little time to provide adequate care for their children, which
can lead to family disconnection or a lack of warmth.

1. Do you think that life would be dull without
stress?
→ I'm also unsure whether it's true or not. Personally,
I believe that, while stress makes us exhausted and
puts us under a lot of pressure in life, knowing how to
deal with it makes life more fascinating and motivates
you to try harder. Nothing is overwhelming if we keep
our heads down and keep moving forward.
2. In what ways does stress affect our health and
life?
In both 2 ways:
Physical:
- Stress lowers the immunity of individuals and
they make people susceptible to many different
infections. For example headache, stomach or
high blood pressure
Mental:
- Stress also leads to emotional problems,
depression, panic attack or other forms of
anxiety and worry.
Room 4:
- Pollution
Due to the development of technology, the number of
factories and vehicles on street are increasing
everyday, which leads to not only air pollution but also
noise and visual pollution. These kinds of pollution
affect both our physical and mental health, causing
stress and anxiety. According to a study on air
pollution, air pollutants have been found to be
associated with increased perceived stress.
