SERVICE NOTE

This goes to all lecturers of HND 2 and HND 3 for the biomedical fields. All lecturers of these classes are called upon to
follow their time tables strictly, lecture hours are limited and in case of absenteeism, a catch-up should be arranged with the
administration. Effective classes run from 7 March to 15 April 2022. Practical’s will run from 18-23 April 2022 and Intensive
revision will take place from 25 April – 27 May 2022.

Mock will be from 9-14 May latest date for the submission of Mock questions is the 5th May 2022 and the National Exams
will run from 7-12 June 2022.

N.B Lecturers handling HND papers should first start by covering up all courses under the paper which has not been taught
before diving in to carry out revision with the students. At the end of each revision class, the paper as well as answered revised
will be photocopied from the students before computing your hours. So lets take these remaining weeks serious with the
students. Late coming and not meeting with our objectives will not be tolerated.
