:Introduction
The word "technology" and its issues have immensely changed
since the 20th century, and with time, it has continued to evolve ever
since. We are living in a world driven by technology. The advancement
of technology has played an important role in the development of
human civilization, along with cultural changes. Technology provides
innovative ways of doing work through various smart and innovative
means. Technology has changed our day-to-day lives. Technology has
brought the world closer and better connected. Those days have passed
when only the rich afford such luxuries, because of the rise of
globalization and liberalization, all luxuries are now within the reach of
the average person. Today, an average middle class family can afford a
mobile phone, a television, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a
computer, the internet, etc. At the touch of a switch, a man can witness
any event that is happening in far-off places. We cannot escape
technology: it has improved the quality of life and brought about
revolutions in various fields of modern-day society, communication,
.transportation, education, healthcare, and many more
Technology Robots

:First inventions of robots

The inventions and developments of technology don't stop; it

is in a constant change. The greatest human's invention is inventing
robots. Robot is a machine the replaces human effort. It has the ability
to think and make decisions on its own. It programmed to carry out its
.tasks quickly and repetitively

In 1945, the first robot designed by an American engineer, George

Devol, who is considered one of the pioneers of robots, this robot was
named unimate robot. The task of this robot was to pick up and move
heavy objects from one place to another. It was developed by unimation
.inc; a company founded by the American engineer, Joseph Engelberger

However, the most popular scientist who promoted the idea of

creating this type of engineering mechanism remains Ismail Al- Jazari, a
muslim scientist. He is the first person who invented the robot. He
invented a robot in the form of a standing boy holding a jug of water in
hand, towel in the other hand, at the time of prayer, the birds whistle,
then the servant steps towards his masters, pouring water into the jug in
a certain amount, and after completing ablution, he presents him with a
.towel, then returns to his place, At the request of prince Diyar Al-jarzi
Scientists didn't stop there, they invented a lot of machines that
help humans which are more robots. For example, the latest science has
reached the invention of a robot artist, and a plastic robot artist called Ai
Da. She creates her own paintings through artificial intelligence
.technology linking to the cameras in her eyes

Promobot company specializing in the robot industry, announced

that they need to buy people's facial features to apply to robots for
.$200,000. These robots will work in hotels, mails, and airports by 2023
Countries and Covid- 19 Robot Topics

Robots have become an essential part in many industries today,

and their role is increasing in industry's production, entertainment, and
all aspects of life. The international Federation of Robotics announced
that robot technology is spreading globally so quickly that is difficult to
.stop the ratio of robots to humans in the field of work is 77 out of 10

The countries in which people live replacing human labor with

:robots is as follows

South Korea is the first country in the world in robot technology, and -
the record holder in the same field, where the overall ratio exceeds 631
.robots per 10,000 human workers

.Germany: the ratio is 309 robots to 10,000 people-

Japan: the ratio is 303 robots to 10,000 people with the majority of the -
.first group employed in the auto industry. 52% of all robots in the world

Denmark: the ratio of robots to humans is 211 to 10,000. Denmark is -

also at the forefront of the world, in the field of mechanical industries in
.general
COVID 19

The robot is ready to confront corona virus. Robots have been used
effectively in many places in Wuhan in China, the city from which the
corona epidemic started, robots have been seen disturbing medicines in
the hospital. In Denmark, robots have been used to clean and sterilize
streets, as well as in campaigns urging citizens to support personal
hygiene. In the face of the growing concern among consumers to stay at
home and expose delivery workers to the risk of infection with the
corona virus, the San Francisco based company, starship technologies,
.recorded an increase in requests for delivery via

Robots in dozens of cities around the world. The German

"Automation praxis" website reported that many robot suppliers donate
or lend robots to hospitals to benefit from all microorganisms and other
to asks inside the hospital such as operating elevators and soon in Hong
Kong, for example, robots are being used to clean the mass transit
.carriages that carry millions of passengers daily

A team of students from the Faculty of Engineering at the Arab

Academy for science, technology and maritime transport succeeded in
designing a robot to develop the skills of autistic children and help them
.communicate
Sophia The Robot

Sophia has been covered by media around the globe and has
participated in many high-profile interviews. In October 2017, Sophia
was given Saudi Arabian citizenship, and became the first robot to
receive citizenship of any country. In November 2017, Sophia was
named the United Nations Development Programmer's first Innovation
.Champion, and is the first non-human to be given a United Nations title

Humanoid robot Sophia has an eye-catching presence, completely

bald with a silver back to its head and a curious animated face that is
both expressive and not quite human. The mouth smiles, the eyes blink,
.it turns to look to the side
