Question 1: Could you tell me a little about yourself?

As an industrial engineering student, I am at an exciting time in my academic life. My focus has been on

understanding and applying concepts related to process optimization, supply chain management and

continuous improvement. I am eager to put my theoretical knowledge into practice and learn from real

situations in the field.

Question 2: Why do you want to work for this company?

This company attracts me for several reasons. First, their reputation in the industry is impressive, and I

am interested in joining a team that values efficiency and operational excellence. Additionally, I have

researched their projects and am excited about the possibility of applying my knowledge and skills in

process improvement here. I believe that this experience would be fundamental for my development as an

industrial engineer.

Question 3: What are your goals for the future?

My future goals are ambitious. As an industrial engineering student, I aspire to contribute to the success

of organizations through process optimization and efficient resource management. I want to lead projects

that generate a positive impact on both the company and the community in general. Additionally, I

consider continuing education and constant learning to be essential on my path to professional success.
Question 4: What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?

Among my greatest strengths is my ability to solve problems effectively. My background in industrial

engineering has allowed me to develop logical and analytical approaches to address challenges. However,

I recognize that I can sometimes be a perfectionist, which can lead me to spend more time than necessary

on specific tasks. I am working on balancing my pursuit of excellence with efficiency.

Question 5: Can you tell me a little bit more about the skills that you transfer

from your previous line of work to our department here?

The skills I can bring include my ability to manage projects effectively, from planning to execution and

control. I also have experience in data analysis and using tools and software to optimize processes. My
