Subject:- Explanation letter regarding non deposition of PF contribution for
wage months of March-2022 to July-2022 in r/o Ashok Haridas Gayakwad.

Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing to provide an explanation regarding non deposition PF contribution
for month of March-2022 to July-2022 in r/o Ashok Haridas Gayakwad.
1. We registered Mr. Ashok Haridas Gayakwad in our PF portal on 1 st February
2022 but he left the hospital on 28 th February 2022 due to poor health and did
not confirm with us, therefore we did not remove him from our EPF portal.
When we received information about his death, we then exited him from our
EPF portal.
2. In August 2022 there was no PF credit made to him from our side.
3. He had left our hospital on 28 th February 2022 itself therefore we did not
deposit PF after this month.
4. He left our hospital on 28 th February 2022 his attendance muster has not been
conveyed from our side since then therefore we did not enclose the muster
copy until their death.
