My name is PONNAM TARUN, In feb i have taken jio free trial pack while
installing i thought to take airtel but your field person who gives connect he said that "SIR
I'LL GIVE YOU 2 MONTHS FREE" So i thought let go with and see the speed. The speed
was good and after taking the connection i called him regarding the coupon which he
mentioned 2 month in that he said 1 month will be free and another one will be in coupon so
after 10 days taking the connection . I called him saying i haven't received it, he said no need
to worry you will get it.
Then before expiring my free pack i have called him for coupon ,
Then he as taken OTP and he said i have raised a complaint on this issue i told ok,
then plan is above to expire , I need internet ASAP he told me to take a connection on my
MOM's name PONNAM ANJALI i have taken and recharged it for 6 months plan, Then i
asked about the box which is on my name he told he will raise a request for box cancellation ,
And he mention that i will get " complete refund of the box which is Rs:1500/-. I said ok.
after 7 days I called him asking that no one come to pickup the bo
he said that they will be coming within 2-3 working days. I said ok.. after 3 days i called him
he not even pickup this phone i tried 3-4 times from my number then i called from my
another number which he pick at 1 Ring( if a cust get any issue this is the way the jio is
providing service is?)..Then he says i have raised the request once i'll take to my manager
Then I have called jio cust care there they have mentioned "THERE IS NO
BOX CANCELLING REQUEST RAISED IN your account" , then i asked one of your cust
care person to raise the request ."ON BELIEVING HIM , I HAVE RECEIVED CALL
FROM CUST CARE TO CANCELLATION BUT I HAVE MENTIONED " THE ONE
WHO CONNECTION HE AS GIVEN 2 CONNECTION ON SAME NUMBER AND HE
TOLD HE WILL RAISE A REQUEST FOR BOX CANCELLATION FROM END AND I
HAVE DISCONNECTED THE CALL. .
" THIS ARE THING WHICH JIO PROVIDES TO CUSTOMER? "
1)FAKE PROMISE OF 2 MONTHS
2) NOT ANSWERING CALLS.
3) PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION.
4) ANSWERING THE CALLS IN RUDE WAY (if you guys can see i have referred one of
my friend malathi devi mobile number :- 6281874486, because of his attitude she haven't
taken the connection)

THIS ARE THING HAPPEN TO ME WITH THIS SUPERB WONDERFUL FIBER
