SUBJECT: 2024 Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course (IBOLC) Reading List

1. Purpose: The purpose of this memorandum is to establish the 2024 IBOLC Reading List.
Reading is part of the self-development domain of learning and is a simple way to better oneself
prior to assuming leadership roles in future units of assignment.
