Information about availability of new K2 relay

This Service Bulletin is to be considered as technical information
only and is solely applicable for normal warranty in case of
breakdown. Proactive replacement parts are not considered to be
normal warranty.

Cause and action

There are a certain quantity of relays (VOE12789782) for legacy
B series pavers were produced and distributed as spare parts
which did not work. The reason is incorrect implemented software
on the relay. A new K2 relay (VOE54177692) is now supplied with
corrected software. A scrap request was started at 01/25/2023,
due date is 09/25/2023. The new part number will be first visible
in the catalog, when all old part numbers are scrapped.
If the new K2 relay is needed for a B series paver, order the new
part number from table below. The new part number is available
in some warehouses and is ready to order.
