💪 The position and its missions

We are looking for a Right Hand CEO intern.

As the CEO's right-hand man, you will work on cross-functional subjects at the heart of
Underdog's strategy in direct collaboration with Claire, co-founder and CEO Underdog.

Your missions:
 

All missions are carried out in daily collaboration with the CEO

1) Participate in performance management and improvement of our impact

- Data analysis to facilitate the management of our financial and operational performance

- Implementation and monitoring of impact KPIs

- Identification of priority projects to improve our performance and impact

 - Implementation (in collaboration with the Underdog teams) and monitoring of these
projects

2) Increase Underdog’s visibility

- Support our press actions: propose new subjects, write articles, identify opportunities

- Participate in calls for projects (French Tech 2030, competitions, etc.)

- Represent Underdog in official events (trade shows, fairs, etc.)

- Build and maintain relationships with the impact ecosystem

3) Support Underdog’s growth

- Support the expansion of our reconditioning center

- Launch of new partnerships

Required profile

You are the ideal profile if:

* You are preparing training in a business or engineering school (Bac +5)

* You have an entrepreneurial streak

* You are analytical, autonomous and proactive, structured and ready to tackle everything

* You master Google Sheet, Google Slide (SQL is a plus!)

* You have an excellent writing level

* You have interpersonal skills, resilience and a high level of energy

* You speak English fluently

 ✊ Underdog represents a real revolution in the reconditioned household appliances
sector. Founded in 2022, the mission-driven start-up is committed to transforming the
way French people consume. Their goal ? Reverse the trend of “brand new” by making
reconditioned a habit.

♻️Every year, 25 million household appliances are thrown into the trash at best, and into
nature at worst (2 tonnes every minute…). Underdog refurbishes a very large volume of
household appliances in its Nantes reconditioning center. Refurbished devices
(guaranteed for 2 years, up to 50% cheaper than new) are offered for sale on the
Underdog.shop website and are delivered quickly throughout France.
