Created by a former École Polytechnique and McKinsey firm,

Job description

Join us for 6 months (end-of-study internship or gap year) as a Data

Scientist and discover our concrete approaches to generate
pragmatic and innovative business recommendations using data. As a
full member of the project team, you will participate in the design of
the most relevant analytical approach, you will implement it and
analyze the results.

Mission examples:

Develop customer segmentation based on the various data

collected on customers (receipts, customer file information,
browsing history, etc.) in order to implement personalized actions
(personalized NSL, promotional offers, top customer rewards, etc.)

Develop personalization algorithms that perform better than

existing “off-the-shelf” algorithms

Model customer journeys or their future value (CLV) based on

purchasing history; what are the natural purchasing paths of
customers

Model the performance of marketing actions or price sensitivity,

sales forecasting or fraud detection

You will work on 2 to 3 client projects in parallel in an international

environment, within teams of 4 to 5 people, and will be in contact
with your client contacts (marketing directors, CRM, CEO, etc.).
In parallel with these projects, you will also be able to contribute to
ClaraVista's internal R&D by developing and testing new approaches.

Required profile

ClaraVista is looking for enthusiastic data scientist profiles, with real

marketing flair, strong team spirit and an appetite for solving new
problems and developing innovative approaches. We therefore expect
the following qualities from you:

Higher education of excellence Bac+5 (engineering school or

university sector) in data science

You have a strong interest in the marketing (notably CRM), digital

and technological worlds

You have excellent analytical skills and willingness to learn and

progress quickly

You like challenge and intellectual stimulation

You are fluent in English

You like working in a team
