We work on multiple missions in the retail and luxury, banking/insurance, automotive,

mobility, consumer goods and tourism sectors.

Our main missions are as follows:

 Definition of the strategic vision of our clients: 

Market and financial analyses, review of consumption trends and customer

expectations, identification of technological and data levers around the customer
experience (online and offline),

Drafting of conclusions and construction of the strategic recommendation, in

collaboration with the project team (proactive contribution to the construction of
recommendations)

Presentation of recommendations to the client (participation in client meetings)

The themes covered are: market and growth strategies, the design of new offers and
services, Customer Marketing (Customer Experience, loyalty program and CRM,
relational strategies and personalization, customer journeys and omnichannel),
 customer transformation plans – digital-data and associated change management,
 project management with our clients as Marketing “Product-owner”.

As an intern within the strategy team, you work on all aspects of the mission, with a good
level of exposure to the client, while being supervised and monitored by your “sponsor”
consultant, the consultants more seniors also involved in the mission or directly with the
mission director or the partner in charge.

Required profile

You are a Student (BAC +5 level, end of study) in a Business School or Engineering
School;

Ideally: first internship experience in a consulting firm;

International experience is a plus;

Passionate about the evolution of business models, the latest trends and the
customer experience of tomorrow;

Good ability to adapt to a new problem, a new work team;

Good spirit of initiative, ability to work autonomously and dynamically;

Very good analytical and synthesis skills;

Excellent writing skills;

Very good command of Office tools;
