A. Type of Organization

The business form of ownership is Partnership. The individuals who agreed to


share in all assets, profits and financial and legal liabilities of their business are
Ms. Samantha Poblete, Ms. Bell Velarde, Mr. Jc. Juspher Pilapil, Mr. Ian Bristan
Pańa, Mr. Chris Namoco, Ms. Niezel Pleños, these People are responsible for
the actions of the business, can legally bind the business and is personally liable
for all the business' debts and obligations.

In order to have clarity in this form of ownership, they have had a Partnership
Agreement in which they pledge and signed to follow every rules that they all
agreed to avoid misunderstanding and to strengthen the entrepreneurs’
relationship in the business field.

The individuals listed above are the owners who abide to put a business
together. They agreed to have a position in their business for them to have an
organized and on touch in the performance and operation of their business. They
could also swap jobs if needed such as cashier, serving customer, working in the
kitchen, answering calls, paper works and deliver orders. In every position, they
have put qualifications to each and look if they are fit in the spot.

Ms. Bell Velarde is the Head Manager of the “Trophi Snack House” who
is creative and innovative in a way that she provides a resourceful idea in
preparing the products of the business. She is responsible for overseeing all
administrative functions in the business. A major part involves leading and
directing employees. She delegates administrative tasks, such as accounting and
paperwork, while giving you the freedom to deal with other issues. In doing so,
she ensures administrative efficiency, proper procedure, implementation of
policies and employee morale.

Ms. Samantha Poblete is the Purchasing and Production Manager who is
responsible for the over-all planning for the preparation of the raw materials and
equipment’s needed by the business. She may oversee the acquisition of
materials needed for production, general supplies for offices and facilities,
equipment, or construction contracts. She also seeks reliable vendors or
suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.

Ms. Niezel Pleños is the Sales and Marketing Manager. Her natural talent
in socializing allows her to be active in promoting and marketing the business to
a larger customer. She’s jolly that also creates a goodvibes in the business
venture. She is responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by
successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic
sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong
presence. She manage all marketing for the company and activities within the
marketing department, developing the marketing strategy for the company in line
with company objectives and coordinating marketing campaigns with sales
activities.

Mr. Jc. Juspher Pilapil, is the HR Manager and his talent in assessing
computers put him also in assessing people, which requires in the business
employment. He loves to observe and think out of the box in every circumstance.
His role is to plan and devise strategic campaigns and guidelines for recruiting
suitable candidates for a required job description. He also has to serve as a
mediator between the employer and the candidate and communicate company
policies and terms of the contract to the candidate before he is hired. Where
different people have different views, conflicts are almost inevitable. Whether the
dispute is amongst two or more employees or between the employee and the
management, an HR manager has the right to intervene and help map out a
solution.

Mr. Chris Namoco, is the operations manager. This individual is the leader
for the operation and has overall responsibility for the financial success of the
business.

Mr. Ian Bristan Paña, is the Accountant. This is another key function. The
individual filling this role has the responsibility for monthly income statements and
balance sheets, collection of receivables, payroll and managing the cash. The
key aspect here is managing the cash.

C. Personnel Requirement

One of the most important factors in developing good business is the


personnel. In order to provide a high quality of service to perform this job
successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the
knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience: One-year certificate from college or technical


school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination or education and experience is helpful.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
activity schedules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure
manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to
communicate effectively with customers and employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to
compute rate, ratio and percent.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with all
types of customers in a professional manner.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to walk and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required
to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or fee; reach with hands and arms; climb or
balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally
required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are


representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential
functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally
exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The noise level
in the work environment is usually moderate.

Other Qualifications: The ability to establish and maintain, foster, positive, and
harmonious working relationships with those contacted in the performance of
duties. May need to have own transportation to run errands and/or have a valid
driver’s license.
