Within the week, the most abundant trash was surprisingly paper, since paper is not a
daily consumed waste. Based on the pie graph above, 48.3% of the wastes were paper
with the plastic at second having 24.6%, half of how abundant was paper.

2. Why do you think you produced too much of this waste?

Too much paper was produced since our business uses mostly paper than plastics, and
also 3 students still live in our household and uses paper too.

3. Give concrete ways that will help you minimize the solid waste you generate?
There are many possible ways to reduce excessive waste consumption, whether it can be
use less plastic and use more eco friendly products. Self discipline could also be
considered, we should discipline ourselves and refrain from using too much plastic, like
eating candies, the candy wrappers are plastics and could also potentially help destroy our
ecosystem.

4. Suggest ways on how the household reduce solid waste

Use of plastic nowadays is unreal, you can see pieces of plastics everywhere. A solution
to this was given, instead of using plastic bags in grocery stores, malls, market, we should
normalize and utilize eco bags. These bags can be substituted with plastic bags, to lessen
plastic consumption and to lessen the use of plastics everyday.
