    8M Standard Metric Pulleys Type 8M


    The following figure shows the belt, and pulleys profile:

    For our system, we will use 680-8M30 belt, with two pulleys (driven and driver) each of them
    has 20 teeth, and a tightener having 14 teeth with a small manually operated lead screw linear
    actuator to adjust its position during assembly, having a height from the centerline that
    approximately equals 28mm, and the center distance between the two pulleys is 258mm
