Inspection is a series of checks carried out carefully or
direct examination of matters relating to the
implementation of certain duties and regulations by
client or government regulations. Besides inspection,
we also capable of doing factory audit, training and
sample picking to meet our client regulations.

Inspection
We offers one-stop service for quality control, including:
• Initial Production Inspection (IPI)* - this inspection takes place when approximately 10-20% of total order
quantity is produced.
• During Production Inspection (DPI)* - this inspection takes place when approximately 40-60% of total order
quantity is produced.
• Final Random Inspection (FRI) – a random inspection which is done when the products are 100% produced,
and at least 80% packed.
• Container loading/unloading supervision – the points during loading/unloading supervision: export cartons
conditions, shipping marks, products verification (a simple check and verify that the correct products type,
packing details, quantity and assortment conform to the requirements), check total shipment products
quantity, check container condition, monitoring the loading/unloading process, and ensures the proper
handling of your cargo.
* Depending on the product and the manufacturing process, the IPI or DPI may cover raw materials, partially
completed products, and/or finished products and their packaging. Production status is verified at this stage.

The Inspections includes the following criteria:

• Conformity check: shipping mark, export carton packing, inner carton packing, product packaging,
Assortment (Color/style/size), Product type (Including style, size, color, material, marking, label, printings
etc.), Workmanship/Appearance/Function and onsite tests (depend on products characteristic): includes
products weight & measurement, barcode verification, assortment checks, cartons dimension and weight,
functionality of products and etc.
• Program Specific Requirements (Including audit report, testing report, factory information, special
requirement for submitted sample, etc.) – if applicable and/or per customer request.
• Inspection Conditions (Including production status, carton stacking, carton numbering, etc.)

Factory Assessment Social Compliance Audit

A factory audit is an important step to understanding
how well your vendors or supplier conforms to the
normative and necessary requirements. Assessments
are specially designed to check the processes, and
procedures in place at the organization, undertake
continuous improvements and operate efficiently to
ensure that they are able to undertake a specific order
as per your requirements. These audits also check the
organization against internationally accepted
standards like the ISO9001. By providing a means to
examine a factory’s structure, organization, quality
process, and experience, the audit enables you to
compare potential suppliers and select a viable source.
A type of factory audit that is conducted on-site at your
supplier’s facilities to ensure they are operating in-line
with accepted standards in these areas. The purpose of
social compliance is to audit and ensure that your
vendors or suppliers comply with your, and government
regulations, policies and practices and to protect work-
ers' rights, health, and safety. The audit topics include
worker’s rights, wages, working conditions, working
hours, disciplinary practice, discrimination, environmen-
tal protection, health & safety, education access, living
quarters (if available), complaint procedure, freedom of
association and etc.
