Blood is an essential component of the human body and some may need this for serious medical reasons and conditions.
As of today, the Northern Mindanao Medical Center Blood Letting team is continuously collaborating with Local
Government Units to conduct blood letting activities in the Province of Misamis Oriental. Everyday is a battle cry for help
on blood supply in the facility since adjacent Provinces may request blood supply.

In this regard, the Rural Health Unit of Villanueva through the blood letting team of Northern Mindanao Medical Center
would like to conduct a Blood Letting Activity in your company this June 30, 2023 at 8:00 o’clock in the morning.
The team will be providing all the necessary equipment except for conducive and appropriate venue for the said activity
including tables and chairs. Hence, we would like to request the participation of your qualified employees for this activity
as well.

Furthermore, managing the expectation of the employees, primordial requirement for qualified donors are at least 50 kgs
in weight, had no intake of alcoholic beverages for the past 24 hours and with adequate sleep more than 6 to 8 hours. The
other pertinent assessment will be conducted by a physician which is part of the Blood Letting Team.

Your utmost support will aide on the blood insufficiencies in the Province of Misamis Oriental due to emergency cases that
needs immediate medical attention and those who can afford to purchase blood for serious medical reasons.
