    Subject: Correction of Title Number on the Transfer Tax Certificate.

    Atty. Bantiding,

    This regards with the Tax Transfer Certificate issued to us last January 12, 2024 by Ms. Marylyn
    Villarba. Upon submitting the documents to the Registry of Deeds (ROD) they found out the
    error on the Title Number in the certificate, instead of T-443266 it was reflected as T-43266. In
    this case, may I request for the correction of the said Title Number to its correct number.
