Greetings of Peace!

I am writing this letter to express our interest in joining the upcoming Singkamas
Festival 2024 Grand Civic Parade that will be held in our community. We would like to
participate in the parade to promote and advertise the Agricultural Crops Production NC
II Program offered by the Holy Family Academy of Zambales, Inc. Technical Vocational
Institution. HFAZTVI TESDA is a reputable vocational institution that provides
comprehensive training and education in various agricultural programs. One of our
flagship programs is the Agricultural Crops Production NC II, which equips individuals
with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the field of agriculture.

Our contingent will consist of eight faculty members and one vehicle will be utilized for
transportation. By joining this, we aim to raise awareness about our program and its
benefits to the community. We believe that participation in such a prominent event will
enable us to reach a wider audience and attract potential students who are interested in
pursuing a career in agriculture. We intend to create a vibrant and eye-catching float for
the parade, adorned with colorful banners and signs promoting the Agricultural Crops
Production NC II program.
