Dear Hon. Gustilo:

Mauswagong adlaw!

RAFI Microfinance, Inc. (RAFI MFI) is a program of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) that
is engaged in providing microfinance services to poor entrepreneurs through the provision of
financial and non-financial services. We are currently operating in the provinces of Bicol, Bohol,
Cebu, Leyte, Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, Panay, Samar, Misamis Oriental, and Southern
Luzon and serving more than 600,000 microentrepreneur clients.

One of our flagship non-financial programs is the “Tindahan Ni Nanay” (TNN), a platform where
micro-entrepreneurs can advertise their products, increase their sales, achieve a wider market
reach, and create profit online. It evolved into a platform for business development services
delivered through a value chain approach, whether through clustering for product consolidation
and curated products both offline and online.

With this, RAFI MFI Tindahan Ni Nanay (TNN) would like to participate in any of your trade fairs or
activities in the city/municipality such as the Rodeo Festival. We would like to partner with you in
showcasing the products of our Nanays and Tatays handmade with love.

Should you have any questions, you may reach our Product and Market Linkages Specialist, Eric
M. Ebid. via mobile, 0981-665-1936 or through e-mail, eric.ebid@rafi.ph. We would also like to
know the specific point person for this possible partnership.

We look forward to partnering with you and your good office in elevating the lives of
microentrepreneurs and their families!

Sincerely,

JONI JOY DUMASIG
