project starts. At Brick & Bolt, no advance payment is made to the contractor at any stage.
Money is transferred to the contractor in stages only after our site engineer
and customer approve.

Transparency
Our specifications are very detailed to ensure complete transparency and clarity of

specifications, work schedule, money transactions, and project management are online
and are accessible on the app all the time. Customers, contractors, and our team see
the same online dashboard for complete transparency.

Quality
We have a dedicated Project Management Team to check the quality and status of the
project. All our projects are assessed against the same quality standards called
QASCON®-BNB (Quality Assessment System for Construction). This has around 430+
quality checks per floor of construction. Our site engineer visits once per week and
assesses the quality on these parameters. Any issues noted will be reported and
corrected.

On Time
We have ZERO tolerance for delays. We have strict compensation clauses for any delay
in the project, which ensure the customer is monetarily compensated and contractors
are penalized.
