It is with great pride and honor that I am seeking for a teaching position as a Senior High School
Technology and Livelihood Education educator, specifically cookery within your school. I am
very proud that I am a product of your institution.
I earned my degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Technology and Livelihood
Education at Eastern Visayas State University, Tacloban City. I am currently working as
Barangay Health Worker for almost 12 years, so i have this experience in socializing people. I
also passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers with a weighted average of 76.4%. Last
school year, I volunteered as a Learning Support Aide at Osmena National High School. I was
assigned to handle Grade-7 selected students who are non-readers and non-numerates.

As a teacher, I am optimistic that the students will discover their real fortes and capabilities as I
provide a learning environment that engages their eagerness to discover things, to learn
independently, to be a scientific and critical thinker, and to trust their personal opinions while
fostering solidarity among their classmates.
I believe that my instructional abilities combined with my work ethics, skills, and strong
devotion to educate children would greatly benefit the educational programs of your school.
I am hoping with great anticipation to discussing with you many ways in which I can make a
