Ref: School Timings for 29.02.2024, 01.03.2024 & Senior Award Day
Dear Parents and Students

Kindly note the following instructions:

1. SCHOOL TIMING ADJUSTMENTS ON THURSDAY, 29 FEBRUARY 2024
The students of Gr.5 to A’L will not have regular classes and will stay home on Thursday, 29
February 2024, as we are having the Senior Award Day starting at 05:30 pm.

Kindergarten classes will follow the usual schedule. Classes Gr.1 to Gr.4 will have lessons only till
12:30 pm. The students of Gr.1 to Gr.4 need to bring the books for only six lessons.

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTENDING AND SEATING AT SENIOR AWARD DAY

All the awardees and participants must come to school at 04:45 pm. Only the awardees/ participants
and two family members will attend the function.

Please present the invitation card at the Main Hall entrance, and only two accompanying individuals
per participant will be allowed. Kindly be seated by 5:15 pm and avoid occupying chairs reserved
for awardees.
3. GUEST PROTOCOL FOR SENIOR AWARD DAY
Guests/ Parents attending the Senior Award Day are kindly asked to remain seated throughout the
event and avoid standing up or taking pictures, as this will obstruct the view of others seated behind.
A professional photographer will be available to take photos.

4. SCHOOL TIMINGS ON FRIDAY, 1 MARCH 2024:

There will be regular school on Friday, 1 March 2024, but with early dispersal. The
Kindergarten Students will leave school at 10:45 am; and Classes Gr.1 to A’L at 10:55 am.
The last lesson will be cancelled on 1 March 2024.
