Dear Parents/Guardians

It is with great pleasure that we are writing to you about an exciting opportunity available for 2024 Forms 2
and 3 students. Arundel School has been invited to participate in a Leadership, Etiquette, Business and
Hospitality Program in Switzerland. This programme will be for one week, and the host organisation is the
Swiss Education Academy, a member of the Swiss Education Group.

A document with the programme, costs and deadlines is attached. Please refer to it for full details.
Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis and is voluntary. A maximum of 60 students from our
school can participate. If you would like your child to be a part of this programme, please kindly respond to
the following emails snrmistress@arundel.ac.zw, chamangac@arundel.ac.zw,
thandiwe.nhari@gmail.com, by Friday, 9 June, with the following details:

The confirmed participants will be invited to register in Harare on the 14th of July. As this is an international
trip, please ensure that your child has a valid passport for registration (not expiring before 1 March 2025)

This is a fantastic opportunity for our students to get exposure, learn new skills, understand a different
culture, and enjoy excursions in Switzerland.
