Title: Same-sex marriage; Society Acceptance

Same-sex Marriage is the union of two people of the same legal sex. One of the most essential
institutions in society is marriage. The rituals and legal ramifications of the union are decided by
the state; it begins with either a civil or a religious ceremony. It is a serious deprivation, not a
minor disenfranchisement, to prevent any group of adults from marrying who they choose.
There is no obvious public benefit to prohibiting same-sex marriage. At worst, such affirmation
would be cruel and violent. Excluding same-sex couples from the privileged status of marriage
is homophobic, and violates civil rights.

In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of LGBT marriages and civil
unions in some jurisdictions.Several countries have legalized gay unions or marriages, resulting
in debates about which terminology should be used to describe these relationships or which
institution should oversee them.
In church, "marriage" terminology is defined as a union between two people for life to the
exclusion of all others. With this, we should respect gay couples because they are also human
beings.

Treating everyone is a must but regardless of societal differences or trends, God wants
us to uphold and fulfill His commands. His commandment of chastity is unequivocal: sexual
interactions are only appropriate between a man and a woman who are legally and legitimately
wedded as husband and wife. Because his teachings told us that our Family is the Proclamation
to the World.
Family is the Proclamation yet some people dishonor their family member just because
they are a part of LGBTQ+ and want someone with the same-sex as them.

Same-sex union is also not recognized by some countries because some people still
think that marrying someone with the same gender is a sin to God and they should be ashamed.
According to the gospel of Jesus Christ, it is stated that we should love and treat all
people with kindness and civility even when we disagree because all of us are his beloved
children.
We are all his beloved children but some children of “his” abandoned their child and is
considered as good as orphans.
But majority of gay couples adopt orphans. Having gay couples adopting their children
from foster homes, not only benefit them, but also those children that are abandoned and really
needed their love and care.

In conclusion, we should now accept Same-sex marriage because it is preferable to

spend the rest of your life with someone of the same sex as you rather than someone of the
opposite sex whom you despise. People will undoubtedly enjoy happier lives with their loved
ones rather than being compelled to marry. Same-sex marriage offers others hope that they can
have a future as well. Furthermore, it opens up new opportunities for the LGBTQ community.
Discrimination has already caused enough pain in our community. They have the right to marry
whoever they want, regardless of gender or sexual orientation.
