The 7 Seals
Hosea 3:5

come trembling to the Lord and to his blessings in the last days.

Daniel 12:4
But you, Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here
and there to increase knowledge.”

Revelation 5:9
9 And they sang a new song, saying:
“You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you
purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation.

The first seal -The white horse

Revelation 6:1-2
6 I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like
thunder, “Come!” 2 I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he
rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

Zechariah 6:1-5
6 I looked up again, and there before me were four chariots coming out from between two mountains—mountains of
bronze. 2 The first chariot had red horses, the second black, 3 the third white, and the fourth dappled—all of them
powerful. 4 I asked the angel who was speaking to me, “What are these, my lord?”5 The angel answered me, “These are
the four spirits[a] of heaven, going out from standing in the presence of the Lord of the whole world.

Daniel 11:21
21 “He will be succeeded by a contemptible person who has not been given the honor of royalty. He
will invade the kingdom when its people feel secure, and he will seize it through intrigue.

Revelation 13:7
7 It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given
authority over every tribe, people, language and nation.

Revelation 17:12-13
12 “The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority
as kings along with the beast. 13 They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast.

The second seal -A fiery red horse

Revelation 6:3-4
3 When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!” 4 Then another horse came out, a
fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a
large sword.

2 Samuel 24:10-13,14-16,
10 David was conscience-stricken after he had counted the fighting men, and he said to the Lord, “I have sinned greatly in
what I have done. Now, Lord, I beg you, take away the guilt of your servant. I have done a very foolish thing.”11 Before
David got up the next morning, the word of the Lord had come to Gad the prophet, David’s seer: 12 “Go and tell David,
‘This is what the Lord says: I am giving you three options. Choose one of them for me to carry out against you.’”13 So Gad
went to David and said to him, “Shall there come on you three[b] years of famine in your land? Or three months of fleeing
from your enemies while they pursue you? Or three days of plague in your land? Now then, think it over and decide how I
should answer the one who sent me.”
15 So the LORD sent a plague upon Israel from the morning till the appointed time. From Dan to Beersheba seventy
thousand men of the people died. 16 And when the [d]angel stretched out His hand over Jerusalem to destroy
it, the LORD relented from the destruction, and said to the angel who was destroying the people, “It is enough; now
restrain your hand.” And the angel of the LORD was by the threshing floor of [e]Araunah the Jebusite.

The third seal -A black horse

Revelation 6:5-6
5 When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a
black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. 6 Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four
living creatures, saying, “Two pounds[a] of wheat for a day’s wages,[b] and six pounds[c] of barley for a day’s wages,
[d] and do not damage the oil and the wine!”

Genesis 26:1-3
Isaac and Abimelech
26 There was a famine in the land, besides the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Abimelech
king of the Philistines, in Gerar.2 Then the Lord appeared to him and said: “Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land of
which I shall tell you. 3 Dwell in this land, and I will be with you and bless you; for to you and your descendants I give all
these lands, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father.

2 Kings 6:24-26
Syria Besieges Samaria in Famine
24 And it happened after this that Ben-Hadad king of Syria gathered all his army, and went up and besieged
Samaria. 25 And there was a great famine in Samaria; and indeed they besieged it until a donkey’s head was sold for
eighty shekels of silver, and one-fourth of a [a]kab of dove droppings for five shekels of silver.

Acts 11:27-30
Relief to Judea
27 And in these days prophets came from Jerusalem to Antioch. 28 Then one of them, named Agabus, stood up and showed
by the Spirit that there was going to be a great famine throughout all the world, which also happened in the days of Claudius
Caesar. 29 Then the disciples, each according to his ability, determined to send relief to the brethren dwelling in
Judea. 30 This they also did, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul.

The fourth seal- pale horse

7 When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!” 8 I looked, and there
before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power
over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.

Revelation 1:18
I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys
of death and Hades.

Sword -war
Ezekiel 38:1-6,14-17,22-23
Gog and Allies Attack Israel
38 Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 2 “Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, [a]the
prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3 and say, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Behold, I am against
you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal. 4 I will turn you around, put hooks into your jaws, and lead you out,
with all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed, a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them
handling swords. 5 Persia, [b]Ethiopia, and [c]Libya are with them, all of them with shield and helmet; 6 Gomer and all its
troops; the house of Togarmah from the far north and all its troops—many people are with you.14 “Therefore, son of man,
prophesy and say to Gog, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “On that day when My people Israel dwell safely, will you not
know it? 15 Then you will come from your place out of the far north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on
horses, a great company and a mighty army. 16 You will come up against My people Israel like a cloud, to cover the land. It
will be in the latter days that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me, when I am hallowed in
you, O Gog, before their eyes.” 17 Thus says the Lord God: “Are you he of whom I have spoken in former days by My
servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied for years in those days that I would bring you against them? 22 And I
will bring him to judgment with pestilence and bloodshed; I will rain down on him, on his troops, and on the many peoples
who are with him, flooding rain, great hailstones, fire, and brimstone. 23 Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify
Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. Then they shall know that I am the LORD.” ’

famine
Acts 11:27-30
Relief to Judea
27 And in these days prophets came from Jerusalem to Antioch. 28 Then one of them, named Agabus, stood up and
showed by the Spirit that there was going to be a great famine throughout all the world, which also happened in the
days of Claudius Caesar. 29 Then the disciples, each according to his ability, determined to send relief to the brethren

plagues

captured horses. I filled your nostrils with the stench of your camps, yet you have not returned to me,”
declares the Lord.

beasts
Ezekiel 14:21
“For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: How much worse will it be when I send against Jerusalem
my four dreadful judgments—sword and famine and wild beasts and plague—to kill its men and their
animals!
Daniel 7:2-4
2 Daniel said: “In my vision at night I looked, and there before me were the four winds of
heaven churning up the great sea. 3 Four great beasts, each different from the others, came up out of the
sea.4 “The first was like a lion, and it had the wings of an eagle. I watched until its wings were torn off
and it was lifted from the ground so that it stood on two feet like a human being, and the mind of a
human was given to it.

the fifth seal

9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of
the word of God and the testimony they had maintained. 10 They called out in a loud voice, “How
long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our
blood?” 11 Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until
the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers and sisters,[e] were killed just as they had been.
Revelation 7 :1-17

John 16:1-3
16 “All this I have told you so that you will not fall away. 2 They will put you out of the synagogue; in
fact, the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think they are offering a service to
God. 3 They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me.

Acts 8:1
And Saul approved of their killing him.
The Church Persecuted and Scattered
On that day a great persecution broke out against the church in Jerusalem, and all except the apostles
were scattered throughout Judea and Samaria

Matthew 13:21
But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of
the word, they quickly fall away.

Revelation 2:10
Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to
test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will
give you life as your victor’s crown.

The sixth seal.

12 I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like
sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, 13 and the stars in the sky fell to
earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. 14 The heavens receded like a
scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.15 Then the
kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave
and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 They called to the mountains and
the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us[f] from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of
the Lamb! 17 For the great day of their[g] wrath has come, and who can withstand it?”

Exodus 12:12-13 - (covid)

12 “On that same night I will pass through Egypt and strike down every firstborn of both people and
animals, and I will bring judgment on all the gods of Egypt. I am the LORD. 13 The blood will be a sign
for you on the houses where you are, and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. No destructive
plague will touch you when I strike Egypt.

Genesis 19 :15-17 - ( global warming , solar flares, ice caps melting)

15 With the coming of dawn, the angels urged Lot, saying, “Hurry! Take your wife and your two
daughters who are here, or you will be swept away when the city is punished.”16 When he hesitated,
the men grasped his hand and the hands of his wife and of his two daughters and led them safely out of
the city, for the Lord was merciful to them. 17 As soon as they had brought them out, one of them said,
“Flee for your lives! Don’t look back, and don’t stop anywhere in the plain! Flee to the mountains or
you will be swept away!”
Joel 2:30-32
30 I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and billows of smoke.
31 The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and
dreadful day of the Lord.32 And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved;
for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be deliverance, as the Lord has said,
even among the survivors whom the Lord calls.[c]

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18
16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the
archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 After that, we who
are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.
And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.

Joel 2:16
Let the bridegroom leave his room and the bride her chamber.

Revelation 7:9-10 -The Great Multitude in White Robes

9 After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every
nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing
white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.

2 Peter 2:4-10
4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell,[a] putting them in chains of
darkness[b] to be held for judgment; 5 if he did not spare the ancient world when he brought the flood
on its ungodly people, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, and seven others; 6 if he
condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah by burning them to ashes, and made them an example of
what is going to happen to the ungodly; 7 and if he rescued Lot, a righteous man, who was distressed
by the depraved conduct of the lawless 8 (for that righteous man, living among them day after day, was
tormented in his righteous soul by the lawless deeds he saw and heard)— 9 if this is so, then the Lord
knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of
judgment. 10 This is especially true of those who follow the corrupt desire of the flesh[c] and despise
authority.

2 Peter 3 :3-5,8-9
3 Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their
own evil desires. 4 They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died,
everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.” 5 But they deliberately forget that long
ago by God’s word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water.
8 But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a
thousand years are like a day. 9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand
slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to
repentance.

Matthew 25
The Parable of the Ten Virgins
25 “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to
meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were foolish and five were wise. 3 The foolish ones took their
lamps but did not take any oil with them. 4 The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their
lamps. 5 The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
6 “At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’7 “Then all the
virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. 8 The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your
oil; our lamps are going out.’9 “‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you.
Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’10 “But while they were on their way to
buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding
banquet. And the door was shut.11 “Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door
for us!’12 “But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’13 “Therefore keep watch, because you
do not know the day or the hour.
