The Company aims to have a customer-friendly and profitable location, that’s why the business
chose an area that is near the marketplace of Santiago City, which provides accessibility for all the
people who want to eat at McDonald's and Santiago City is known as the investment hub of the North.
Besides near the marketplace, the Company will also open some branches inside the malls around the
city and near the schools where students can have their lunch at affordable price. Putting up some
signage about the opening of the new branches and its location to inform people and to attract new
customers. Also, adding a parking space allows the customers to have convenience and less hassle,
especially when they are in a hurry. Furthermore, for commuting customers, the location is where
vehicles typically pass by, so the company assures the people that transportation in the area is easily
available.

Menu’s Value Meal Combinations

McDonalds will gather new information through customer survey regarding the preferred new
value meal combination of customers that can be possibly included in the Menu, because it is more
affordable when bought together than to buy it individually.

Customer Service

The company will hire competent employees, where service crews must be a high school
graduate, and supervisors and managers should be a college graduate with a degree from business
related courses. The employees will undergo seminars and trainings regarding customer services twice a
year, to ensure that they will be able to provide the best quality of service to their customers and
improve their work ethics. Furthermore, a quarterly customer survey will be conducted to acquire
relevant feedback from the customers to help the company improve their current customer service.

McDelivery Service

First, the company will create platforms that is accessible to all customers around Santiago City.
The advertisement posters of the McDonalds around the city should also contain their delivery hotline,
and other available platform that the customers can order from, like the McDonalds application that can
be downloaded from App Store and Play Store. In order to have a quick and easy delivery, the company
will hire enough deliverymen (5 to 10) to cater a large number of orders simultaneously. McDonalds will
use insulated containers to ensure that the foods are well-preserved before delivery.

MENU upgrade

McDonalds will invest on new technologies that will bring more convenience to the customers
in ordering their food. Through the new technology, the customer won’t need to fall in line to order
their foods, because McDonalds will have a new ordering system that allow the customers to order their
foods in their tables on the built-in touch screen monitor on every table that serves as a high-tech
MENU. The ordering process of McDonalds will be more efficient because the new technology can
process more accurate data despite of the number of customers.

Veggie Options
McDonalds aims to be an inclusive restaurant that considers the preferences of different
customers, like people who aren’t fond of eating meats or the people with different beliefs who aren’t
allowed to eat meats. The company will use alternatives for the ingredients, such as vegetables for
patties, fruits for shakes, and many more. Also, they will use organic condiments for the foods.
