About the job:

The ideal candidate will have interest in the relevant areas of business management from a business
research practice. An intern with the Awfficacy Global team would ensure to be someone who shall
apply relevant theoretical knowledge into a more practical environment. For the profile, it is quite
important for the candidate to understand various aspects of business processes and also awareness
about the various sources of procuring the requisite information required for the research. The
candidate should be a go-getter ready to get their hands dirty on various aspects of the organization
rather than a pre-defined spectrum of work.

a. Minimum Requirement
➢ Functional skills (Basics in MS Office)
➢ Proficient in verbal and written communication (English)
➢ Strong analytical and quantitative skills
➢ Adaptable and eager to learn

b. Business Research
➢ Conduct detailed research on understanding the various competitors; both domestic as well as
global, to get a deep understanding of their business and engagement models and qualitatively
analyze the potential of considerable duplication of their practices to ensure efficiency in
internal processes.
➢ Evaluating new opportunities and trends available in the industry to grow and strengthen our
client base and ensure epitome of client service.
➢ Communicate effectively with all the relevant stakeholders
➢ Preparation of flyers and other marketing collaterals for client outreach purpose.
➢ Assisting manager and top management of the Company in preparation of presentations to be
taken before various industry forums and professional communities
➢ Analyze reliable statistical data and analyze it using modern and traditional methods and
perform valid and reliable market research
