Bon Accueil Government School (BAGS) has been established in April 1985. As
shown in the organizational structure below, it operates under the aegis of the
Ministry of Education, and Human Resources, Tertiary Education and Scientific
Research at Zone 2 Level. The school is located at School Lane, Bon Accueil.

According to Table 1, there is a school population of (..) belonging from small

villages such as Belvedere, Brisee Verdiere, Bon Accueil and Bois D’Oiseau. Most
of the children come from well-established families however approximately one
quarter of the learners comes from broken or unsupportive families as they are
indulged in domestic violence and crimes while some parents have to perform
more than one job to ensure financial stability, therefore their absence affects the
children’s’ education life.

In BAGS, there is a dynamic teaching team of (..) educators and hardworking non-
teaching staff of (..) people which have contributed enormously in the hygienic
and learning environment of the school.

In the table 2, we can see the success rate over the last 5 years and we can
diagnose that the trend is quite satisfactory.

Furthermore, BAGS has also provided various facilities for children with learning
difficulties such as providing an appropriate classroom for support classes and
providing basic resources to support teachers to design teaching materials. These
aspects are what make BAGS a wonderful school.
