a. Examine the ownership structure of the investment project in Vietnam, distinguishing between
wholly-owned subsidiaries, minority stakes, or partnerships with local entities.
b. Discuss the advantages and challenges associated with each ownership arrangement in terms of
control, risk-sharing, resource mobilization, and regulatory compliance.
