Forwarded are the following Post Typhoon Assessment Reports for Operations, port
facilities and structures of PMO Mindoro after typhoon “Karding” to wit:

 First vessel to depart was MV Maria Ursula on 0850H and MV Starlite Jupiter on
0852H
 No reported damage on the port facilities and structures
 No incidents reported

TMOs Abra de Ilog, San Jose, Roxas, Lubang, Port of Puerto Galera, and Bulalacao
 Operations resumed @ 0800H
 No reported damage on the port facilities and structures
 No incident reported
