been duly read by Maree Ruanie Gunasekera who signed as ‘Harindra Chaman
Gunasekera by his Attorney’ illegibly and also as ‘Mrs M.R Gunasekera’ (duly
authorized by Power of Attorney dated 28th May 2013 attested Henry Bwanga Mbushi
Notary Public) the executant therein named who is not known to me and who signed in
the presence of Hiranthi Shalini Attygalle of No. 108/1 B Horton Place Colombo 07 who
signed illegibly and Cuttiarachige Sri Suranjan De Silva of No. 153/4 Dutugemunu Street
Kohuwela who signed illegibly the subscribing witnesses thereto both of whom are
known to me the same was signed by the said executant and the said witnesses and also
by me the said Notary in my presence and in the presence of one another all being present
at the same time at Colombo on this Seventh day of June Two Thousand and Thirteen.

I further certify and attest that the said consideration of Rupees Twenty Nine Million Five
Hundred Thousand (Rs.29,500,000/-) was paid at the execution of these presents as
follows:
a) By Hongkong and Shanghai Bank Cashiers Order No. 008597 dated 05/06/13 for
a sum of Rupees Twenty Five Million (Rs. 25,000,000/-) drawn in favour of
Harindra Chaman Gunasekera and
b) By Hatton National Bank Green Path Branch Pay Order No.402740 dated
05/06/2013 for a sum of Rupees Two Million Five hundred Thousand
(Rs.2,500,000/-) drawn in favour of Harindra Chaman Gunasekera and
c) By a sum of Rupees Two Million (Rs.2,000,000/-) in cash to the Executant.

And I further certify and attest that the Stamp duty of Rs.1,179,000/= was paid to the
Peoples Bank Thimbirigasyaya by Hatton National Bank Green Path Branch Pay Order
No. 402754 dated 07/06/2013 and drawn in favour of the Manager People’s Bank
Thimbirigasyaya O/A Western Province Provincial Council and the stamp duty paying-in
slip bearing No.A129060 dated 07/06/2013 issued by the People’s Bank Thimbirigasyaya
Branch was affixed on the Fifth page of the Duplicate of this instrument and the
Depositor’s copy was affixed on the fifth page of the Protocol of this instrument.
