He has served as Editor in scientific journal such as Journal of Food Science & Technology;
Springer Publications and Indian Journal of Nutrition, Open-science publications.
He has worked as Member FSSAI-Scientific Panel on Spices and Culinary Herbs, as well as
Panel on Fruits, Vegetables and products thereof and presently working as memebr in BIS
committee FAD-8 and 13.
He is recognized guide for PhD in food science/technology under Bharathiar University,
Coimbatore and University of Mysore, Mysore; He has guided several MSc/MTech students
for their dissertation work. Presently guiding 5 students for their PhD.
He has served as National Secretary for Association of Food Scientist &
Technologist (India) AFSTI, Mysore (2019-20) and contributed in several committees of AFSTi
and its conferences in several capacities.
