International Conference on Sustainable Environment & Healthcare (ICSEH 2021) is organized by Lincoln
University College, Malaysia in collaboration with Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Hang Tuah Surabaya,
Indonesia and Dr. Tarak Nath Podder Memorial Foundation, Kolkata, India. The basic idea behind the conference
is to make a platform for the distinguished dignitaries to exchange new ideas and apply hands on experiences to
build up new relationships in research. There is also a scope for future collaborations along with global partners.
Building up a strong relationship between industry and academia is also among one of the key factors. At the
same time, the conference will help to bridge the gap between Research professionals, Biologists, Health
officials, Nurses, Medical professionals, Microbiologists, Pharmaceutical Scientists, Physicians and other
delegates.

Republic of Bangladesh and Chancellor of University. He served as the treasurer of Northern University, Atish
Dipankar University of Science and Technology. He completed his MCom and BCom (Hons) in Management from
Dhaka University and Doctorate of Business Administration from Lincoln university College, Malaysia. ABM
Rashedul Hassan worked as a Senior Management Counselor & Head of Research, Publication & Evaluation
Division of Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM). He attended the 10th summit meeting 2003 of the
Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) in Malaysia as a member of Bangladesh delegation Team. He was
Deputy Press Secretary to the Honorable Chief Adviser of the Care Taker Govt. of Bangladesh and diplomat in the
Labor wing of Bangladesh High Commission, Kuala Lampur, Malaysia as well. In addition, he was the Director
(Planning and Coordination) of Privatization Commission of Bangladesh in 2002-03 as well as officer on special
duty of Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment of Bangladesh in 2003. As an adjunct faculty
he taught 'Service Marketing' in the MBA program of Jahangirnagar University and some other renowned Private
Universities of Bangladesh.

Prof Dr Prasun Chakrabarti has received his PhD(Engg) from Jadavpur University in 2009. He is working as Provost
and Institute Endowed Distinguished Senior Chair Professor, Techno India NJR Institute of Technology India. He has
more than 230 publications, 11 books and 19 International granted patents in his credit. He has supervised eleven
PhD candidates successfully. On various research assignments, he has visited Waseda University Japan (2012
availing prestigious INSA-CICS travel grant), University of Mauritius (2015), Nanyang Technological University
Singapore (2015, 2016, 2019), Lincoln University College Malaysia (2018), National University of Singapore (2019),
Asian Institute of Technology Bangkok Thailand (2019) and ISI Delhi (2019). He is a Fellow of Royal Society of Arts
London, IET(UK), IETE, ISRD(UK), IAER(London), AE(I), CET(I), Nikhil Bharat Shiksha Parisad, Honorary Fellow
Iranian Neuroscience Society and Senior member of the IEEE(USA). Prof Chakrabarti has been conferred with a
Honorary D.Sc (Shiraz University of Medical Sciences - largest public medical school in Iran), Honoarry D.Eng from
Dana Brain Health Institute and a Honorary PhD from Lincoln University College Malaysia.

Dr. Sajal Bhattacharya

Dr. Bhattacharya is an alumnus of University of Calcutta and has carried out his doctoral research at the
Department of Medical Entomology, Calcutta School of Tropical Medicine. He pursued his post-doctoral
assignment at Institute of De Hygiene e Medicina Tropical, Lisbon, Portugal in 2000 followed by a brief stint at
London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in 2004 by the invitation of renowned medical entomologist late
Prof. C. F. Curtis. His field of research is eco-epidemiology of vector and vector-borne diseases. He has about
hundred scientific publications to his name. He is a fellow of The Zoological Society of Kolkata and The Royal
Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, London. He has been invited to various countries, namely Australia,
Hungary, Italy, England, Kenya, Indonesia to present his work. He has also been invited to participate in a WHO
(Africa region) organized meeting, as an expert in 2017, at Brazzaville, The Republic of Congo. In the following
year he was honored by the Government of West Bengal, India with the “Outstanding Teacher” Award (2018). His
biobibliography titled ‘Dr. Sajal Bhattacharya: An Outstanding Medico-Entomologist’ has been published (2015) by
the Centre for Research in Medical Entomology (ICMR). He has published three papers on the life and works of Sir
Ronald Ross and also co-authored a book titled "Dr. Ronald Ross – Mosquito, Malaria, India and the Nobel Prize in
2019". He was conferred the prestigious Life time achievement award by the Society of Medical Arthropodology
(SOMA) at Sir Ronald Ross Institute of Parasitology, Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. Presently he is the
Regional Chairman (Eastern and North-eastern states of India) of National Academy of Vector Borne Diseases
(NAVBD), National Executive Member of Society of Medical Arthropodology (Hyderabad), Association of
Entomologists (Patiala) and member of the advisory board of Society of Vector Ecology (SOVE Indian Region).

Dr. Somnath Ghosh has a Ph.D. in Optometry and Vision Sciences from National University of Malaysia (UKM),
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2016. Parallel to the academic career, Dr. Ghosh has served various eye hospitals,
optical companies, and educational institutes in India and Overseas. He has over 15 years of experience in
teaching, training, patient care, vision research along academic and non-academic administration. He has
published several research papers in international peer-reviewed journals. He has also presented his research
works at various national and international conferences. His research interest lies in corneal micro-structure,
keratoconus, contact lenses, and school eye health. At present, he is working as Associate Professor and Head,
Department of Allied Health Sciences, Brainware University, Barasat, Kolkata -700125, West Bengal.
