    Cordial Greetings of Peace, Divine Protection and Love!

    We hope this letter finds you in good health. We are writing to you to formally request a change of
    instructor for the EDUC121 Teaching Internship that we will be enrolling for this 2nd semester A.Y. 2023-
    2024. We understand that this is an unusual request, and we want to assure you that it is not made
    lightly.

    After careful consideration and thorough reflection, we have come to the conclusion that we want Dr.
    Sheila Jane Lasala as our instructor in this course for the reason that she has already arranged
    everything such as set of uniforms, scheduled date for Pre Internship seminar, school assignments and
    cooperating teacher assignments. In addition, we, the students of BSED-Mathematics IV have seen her
    exceptional efforts and preparation to make our teaching internship meaningful and successful. We also
    believe her instructional leadership would greatly benefit our learning and overall academic experience
    as we have already experienced her teaching strategies since she was our previous instructor in FS102
    last semester.

    We want to emphasize that this request is not a reflection of any personal animosity or disrespect
    towards MS. GLORIA ESPERANZA, PhD as the new instructor because we have the utmost respect for
    her expertise and dedication to teaching as well.

    We kindly request your understanding and support in this matter. We are more than willing to discuss
    this request further and provide any additional information that may be helpful in facilitating this
    change. Attached herewith is the concurrence of BSED students for change of instructor.

    Thank you for taking the time to consider our petition. We look forward to a positive resolution to this
    matter.
